Focus on positive!

Here is the quick list on how to focus on positive things!

1. Gratitude

For example list 5 things everyday what you grateful for. It is easier to do if you think about the passing day and what things you were grateful about that particular day.

2. Laugh more

When you laugh more you instantly feel even a little bit happier and joyful. Watch for example one episode of Gilmore girls or Friends. Also there are tons of funny videos on youtub you could watch. I should also watch more funny videos from youtube. One the best funny videos can be found from Ellen Show page.

3. Keep your body healthy

This means that you should eat food which is good for your body. Also doing exercise is good. Even a walk around the city/country side is enough. Meditation is a great way to calm your mind and decrease anxiety.
