What about?

One major thing which I am learning now is to accept my anxiety as it is. I have noticed that I feel better when I accept my anxiety. It doesn't mean that you won't do anything about it or try to heal from it. It means that you accept the anxiety and you accept yourself as you are. From that place it is much easier to start healing.
